What The Heck Are Tags or Keywords? If you’re already familiar with what a tag or keyword is, simply scroll down this page to our “overview index” where you can further investigate tag or keyword buying and selling websites, otherwise this is Tag Trading Simply Explained.

Simply put, the word “tag” and “keyword” have the same meaning where trading is discussed, tags are just another name for keywords.

Tags and/or keywords are the backbone of the Internet which is based on information. I’m sure you’ve heard of the Internet being referred to as: The “information highway”. Tags or Keywords describe the Information and can only be valued or based on what kind of response rate they bring when used in search categories. Where trading is concerned, a tag or keyword receives value in the form of money.

Example: The tag or keyword “Facebook” will be valued much higher than the tag or keyword “Myspace” simple because Facebook is more more recognized than Myspace to the internet masses when you look at the number of search results in Google.
